Under the focus area of 'Women's Entrepreneurship: A Win-Win for Equity and the Economy,' the Working Group on Mentorship has been established. The group's mission is to create a Global Mentoring and Capacity-Building Platform, which will serve as an aggregator of best practices and facilitate knowledge exchange to help women mentees from across the G20 nations and guest countries connect with a global pool of mentors. This platform will be India's gift to the world during its G20 Presidency. The Working Group is chaired by Ms. Shaifalika Panda, CEO of the Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation.
