As a fashion designer and esteemed partner of the Bishara Group for Industry, she has spearheaded the pursuit of excellence in textile production. The group's five factories, which have earned the coveted International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification, showcase their mastery in crafting garments for renowned international brands such as Next, Zara, and Ck.

Marie Louis's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Graphics from Helwan University, which laid the foundation for her creative pursuits. As a fashion designer, she has curated seven distinct fashion lines under the names BTM and Marie Louis, each encapsulating her unique artistic vision.

In addition to her remarkable contributions to the fashion industry, Marie Louis is the founder and Secretary General of the "I am the Egyptian" Foundation, exemplifying her commitment to empowering her fellow Egyptians. She has also expanded her professional reach by obtaining a fashion design certificate from the École supérieure des arts et techniques de la mode (ESMOD) in France.

Along with fashion she also actively participates in shaping the national landscape as a member of the National Council for Women, the Egypt-France Business Council, the Apparel Export Council in Egypt, the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, and the Egypt-Japan Business Council. Her multifaceted engagement showcases her dedication to fostering fruitful collaborations and fostering international trade.

Throughout her career, she has showcased her designs in over 36 fashion exhibitions, including prominent showcases of ready-to-wear fashion and international brands from 1989 to 2006. Her talent has reached global stages, as she contributed to five fashion exhibitions during Paris Fashion Week in 2007. Her impact has garnered recognition and acclaim, including being appointed as an Honorary Member of Joburg Fashion Week in South Africa in 2008.

Ms Louis's passion extends beyond fashion, as she champions social causes and community projects. She received an appreciation award from Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak for her efforts in promoting the Children's Museum project. Her ability to intertwine art and fashion has also been acknowledged through accolades such as the Best Artist Combining Art and Fashion at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Biennial in 2002.
